Malheureusement, j'étais...

Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu assister à cette visite car j'ai souffert d'une grave crise de calculs rénaux et j'ai eu besoin d'une attention médicale urgente. J'ai informé le conducteur dès que j'ai pu, mais en raison de la douleur, je n'ai pas pu annuler correctement via la plateforme. Depuis lors, j'essaie de résoudre la situation. L'opérateur de visites ne m'a pas répondu sur WhatsApp, et Viator n'a pas fourni de soutien ou de conseils clairs sur la façon de demander un remboursement, surtout puisque la réservation est marquée comme complétée. Je comprends les politiques d'annulation, mais dans les cas d'urgences médicales réelles, je pense qu'il devrait y avoir plus de flexibilité et un meilleur soutien pour les clients.
