Our pioneering spirit at La Maison Arabe led us to open the first cooking school in the Kingdom of Morocco in 2001. Food enthusiasts staying in Marrakech can uncover some secrets of traditional Moroccan cuisine. The workshops are led by a dada (traditional Moroccan cook), alongside a translator (Arabic/English/French), and are held at the cooking school near the Riad-Hotel La Maison Arabe or in the secret gardens away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. La Maison Arabe's Moroccan cooking workshops allow participants to learn the ins and outs of preparing a Moroccan dish in a beautiful, state-of-the-art workshop. Workstations are individual, and only the freshest, highest quality local ingredients are used.
La Maison Arabe's cooking workshops offer 2 options:
-
Express Moroccan cooking workshops lasting one hour: 2 sessions daily at 1:30 PM (lunch) & 6:30 PM (dinner).
-
Three-hour Moroccan cooking workshop: 2 sessions daily at 10 AM (lunch) and 3 PM (dinner).
