Aqueduc Sour El Kuas
A listed historic water engineering structure

About this site
This historic aqueduct, listed as a monument by the Ministry of Culture, was once part of the water supply system serving the city of Salé before the modern era. Less well known than the medina's gates and bastions, it nonetheless bears witness to the hydraulic engineering deployed to support the city's urban development over the centuries.
