Built in the 1930s in a style blending neo-Gothic and Art Deco, the Sacré-Cœur church has not been used for worship since independence but remains one of the most recognizable monuments of colonial-era Casablanca. Its stained-glass windows and slender silhouette have made it a popular filming location and a visual landmark for photographers.
