On the Atlantic coast, in Taghazout Bay, the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort presents itself on its official website as a beachfront hotel, with a spa, an outdoor pool and several restaurants. This article sums up what the hotel states, describes what its gallery photos show and helps you plan a stay without overpromising.

A beachfront resort

According to the official website, the resort enjoys a beachfront location, near well-known surf spots. It offers rooms with a king bed or two twin beds and a balcony, with a resort view or, for the Superior rooms, a sea view. The suites range from the Junior Suite to the Presidential Suite, including one- and two-bedroom suites with sea views. The website also provides accessible rooms. The number of rooms and their sizes are not stated: the sizes given are approximate.

Pool, spa and wellness

The hotel states an outdoor pool and a whirlpool, both free for guests to use, as well as a spa called Saray, described as a place to relax with tailored treatments and rituals. It also mentions a fitness room. Opening hours and the treatment menu do not appear on the page we read.

Restaurants

The hotel's website states five restaurants, but one of them is shown as temporarily closed: we therefore limit ourselves to the open venues. Greatroom is a meeting space where you can find coffee and snacks. Rivage offers Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the Riviera, all day. Salt&Lime, by the pool, serves light dishes with a Mexican inspiration. Chiringuito by Salt&Lime is a beachside dining venue. Braze, the restaurant with fire-led cooking, was shown as temporarily closed on the day we read the page.
