The hotel's press kit lists 200 rooms and suites, two outdoor pools, a spa with a hammam and an indoor pool, a fitness centre open 24 hours a day and several restaurants, lounges and bars. The hotel occupies the historic site of Kasr Al Bahr, built at the end of the 18th century as the summer residence of Sultan Moulay Slimane, then a military hospital, closed in 1999.
