Agadir Musée d'Art

A museum of modern art and Amazigh jewellery in the heart of Agadir

About this site

Opened in 2023, Agadir Musée d'Art is built on a regional collection of jewellery and carpets, enriched by a major donation of artworks from the patron Elkhalil Belguench. Its five-section tour follows the adoption of easel painting in the 20th century, abstraction from the 1950s and contemporary creation, in dialogue with jewellery and weaving.
