Pavillon de la Ménara

The Menara Pavilion is a small building with thick walls and false brick corners, topped with a pyramidal roof of green tiles; an inscription dated 1869-1870 is carved on the upper band of the first-floor arch. The ground floor, used for domestic purposes, is supported by four pillars and preceded by a projecting front with three open arcades overlooking the Menara basin. The first floor is decorated on the north side with a large balustraded balcony. Inside, the decoration consists of a few painted lines along the edges of the vault and huge semicircular motifs enhanced with colour.

Book your e-ticket (electronic ticket) online: you pay the Ministry of Culture's official price plus a €1.99 service fee, and you receive your ticket and your digital guide by email, usually within 3 hours. You visit the pavilion and its surroundings at your own pace, on your phone, with no group and no set schedule.
