About this site

Created in the 1920s by painter Jacques Majorelle, this 1.2-hectare botanical garden is home to over 300 plant species from all five continents. Purchased in 1980 by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé, who saved it from destruction, it radiates around the famous Majorelle Blue and houses the Berber Museum.
